10 Healthy Cozy One-Pan Dinners

admin

Often, my very favorite meals are the ones that require the least amount of clean-up — I hardly think I am alone in that mentality. Having only a few dishes to wash at the end of the night is a major dinner win, in my opinion. It’s even more of a win if the dinner that’s tossed together is a healthy one. These 10 recipes are equal parts cozy and nutritious — they’re a big hug at the end of the night that also get you out of the kitchen and onto the couch sooner.

Sheet Pan Balsamic Chicken with Potatoes and Carrots from Creme de le Crumb

A balsamic glaze on chicken not only infuses it with rich flavor, it protects it from drying it. Here the meat is paired with crispy potatoes and caramelized carrots for a comforting meal.

Healthy One-Pot Cauliflower Curry from Dietitian Debbie Dishes

This vegetable-packed curry is wonderful served over cooked brown rice or quinoa but if you’d rather not dirty another pot, skip the grains and call it a soup.
