Air-Fryer Homemade Pizza Rolls

admin

Homemade pizza rolls? Uhm, yes please! When I was a kid, one of my favorite things was pizza rolls. I mean, who doesn’t like little popable bites of pizza goodness? With deciding to have a ‘snack’ food dinner this week, I thought I’d try my hand at making some pizza rolls in the air-fryer. Not just any pizza rolls though, homemade ones!

These Air-Fryer Homemade Pizza Rolls are DELISH and even better than their frozen pre-made brethren. And the best part is that you get to decide what goes into them. Today I went with pepperoni and cheese, simple enough, but you could definitely go with sausage, or any other sort of cheese or meat that you like on your pizza. Veggies are another option too!

These pizza rolls are super simple to make, and easy enough so that the kids can definitely help with stuffing and sealing them. Which I definitely recommend since they do take just a little bit of time to assemble since they’re individually made one at a time.

The end result are these perfectly crisp and delicious snack bites of pizza that are great for grabbing and popping into your mouth. IE: They would be amazing for a game day spread or an after school snack. We had them as part of our dinner to go with our movie night!
