Ingredients you will need for Air Fryer Steak Bites

The ingredient list for Air Fryer Steak is beautifully short.

Steak – we are not marinating the steak, so choose a decent quality steak. I used sirloin. You’ll want to cut the steak into 1 inch cubes

Olive oil

Worcestershire – it’s a mouthful to say but adds a mouthful of flavor and worth it!

Steak seasoning – use your favorite — I like Montreal Steak Seasoning which includes black pepper, red pepper, garlic, onion, sunflower oil, and a few other things.

Salt and pepper – to taste

For the garlic butter sauce you’ll simply need butter, and 4 cloves of garlic, minced.

As I mentioned, the prep time is minimal. Once your steak is cut into 1 inch cubes, you’ll toss it with 2 teaspoons olive oil and season it up with Worcestershire, steak seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste.

Air Fryer Temperature for Steak

Preheat your Air Fryer to 400 degrees which should only take a few minutes. Once preheated, arrange the steak bites evenly making sure not to overcrowd the pan.

These Steak Bites will need to cook for anywhere from 4-7 minutes depending on how your like your steak cooked. If you tend to like anything less than medium, take a peak at the Steak Bites around the 4 minute mark and adjust accordingly.

How to make Garlic Butter for Steak

It couldn’t possibly be any easier to make the garlic butter for the steak bites. In a microwave safe bowl, add your butter cut into chunks, along with 4 cloves minced garlic. Microwave at 30 second intervals until melted. If you wish, you can stir in 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley and/or garnish the steak bites with chopped fresh parsley.

When the steak bites are done cooking, add them to a bowl and toss with the garlic butter mixture.
