CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders and Homemade Ranch Dip Recipe
Like most moms, I try to make healthy swaps where I can, so when CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders reached out to me to me to see if wed like to help promote their $2 off coupon, I was intrigued!
Now, at first I was concerned that it was a cauliflower product imitating chicken so if thats what youre thinking, too, dont worry! This is all-natural chicken, raised with no antibiotics ever, and cage-free. The name derives from the chickens golden crispy coating which is packed with cauliflower and other gluten-free goodness.
The cauliflower coating and baked (not fried) method of preparing combine to bring the calorie total for this whole bag to 490 calories! Its the lowest-calorie chicken tender youll find in the freezer aisle and 86% less fat than any other chicken tender or nugget.
And, spoiler alert: my daughter loved them!
These are chicken tenders I can feel good about serving my daughter whether on their own or incorporated into a chicken caesar salad or chicken wrap.

For our first time enjoying CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders, I made a super simple homemade ranch dip to serve it with. I make my own ranch seasoning for our ranch dip, but you can also use a pre-made seasoning, if desired.
The creamy ranch dip pairs perfectly with the crunchy, tender chicken and you can dip any side veggies in it, as well.
