This was one of our Side Dishes at Thanksgiving 2020 and it's delicious.
We'll be making it for other occasions.
It's quite simple to make.
Here's what you'll need:
A Small Head of Cauliflower
A Saucepan that will hold the Cauliflower.
Tzatziki Sauce and Tahini Cream Sauce, 1/2 Cup of each. (I would purchase it rather than make it from scratch.
1/2 C of Whole Drie Cranberries.
1/2 C of Finely chopped Pistachios.
1/2 C of Pine Nuts.
Dried Cranberries not Craisins |
Trim the Stem and the Leaves from the Cauliflower.
Place it in a Saucepan with Water and heat it on the Stove until it Boils and Steam it until it's Fork tender.
Place it in a Broiler Compatible Casserole Dish and Broil it until it's Browned on the Top.
Remove from the Oven and set aside to Cool for Ten Minutes.
Top in the following order:
Tahini Cream Sauce
Tzatziki Sauce
Pine Nuts.
Pistachios.
Cranberries.
Serve from the Casserole Dish.
It can be reheated in a Microwave.
