Our favorite way to serve is over white or brown rice.
You could also serve over cauliflower rice, egg noodles, lo mein, or alongside your favorite potatoes. Zucchini noodles would be another yummy option!

Pro tip:you could also skip the rice and serve these meatballs on their own as a party appetizer.
Can You Freeze Sweet and Sour Meatballs?
Yes! After cooling, place inside a freezer-safe container or bag and pop into the freezer for two to three months.
When youre ready to reheat, place in the fridge to thaw and then heat over the stove before serving.
I sometimes make a double portion of this meal so that I can serve for dinner and freeze the second batch for a fast warm-up another night.
Pro tip: you could pop these in your crockpot to heat up!
