- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter ¼ stick
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
- ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese divided
- 2 tablespoons fresh minced parsley
Instructions

While the fries are baking, melt the butter and garlic in a medium saucepan set over low heat.2 tablespoons unsalted butter, 1 clove garlic

Once the butter begins to gently simmer, cook the garlic until slightly toasted, about 90 seconds. Add in the garlic salt, pepper, cayenne, and 2 tablespoons of the Parmesan cheese. Heat just until the cheese is melted. Stir well to combine.¼ teaspoon garlic salt, ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper, ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
