Dinner–Bottom Round Roast, sweet potatoes, broccoli
Monday
Lunch–leftover turkey burgers, diced potatoes, green beans
Dinner–Tacos, refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole
Tuesday
Lunch–leftover cod, french fries, roasted cauliflower
Dinner–Ham, Broccoli & Cheddar Frittata,
Wednesday
Lunch–ham sandwiches, nacho chips, carrot sticks
Dinner–roasted chicken, Whole 30 Mediterranean Soup,
Thursday
Lunch–hot dogs, french fries, peas
Dinner–Chicken Gnocchi Soup,
Friday
Lunch–leftovers
Dinner–Spaghetti with beef & mushrooms,
