{Recipe} Sheet Pan Cauliflower Gnocchi & Sausage


 This has to be one of the easiest dinners ever.

It comes together quickly with just a few ingredients from Trader Joe's.
1 bag Trader Joe's Cauliflower Gnocchi (still frozen worked for me)
1 package Vegan Italian Style Sausage(or sausage of your choice), cut into pieces
2 Bell Peppers, chopped
1/2 red onion, sliced
Olive oil
Seasonings: Garlic Salt, Pepper, Italian Seasoning, Crushed Red Pepper Flakes(optional)
To make:
1) Preheat over to 400ºF
2) Line baking sheet with parchment paper
3) Combine gnocchi, sausage, peppers and onions on parchment lined sheet
4) Toss with olive oil, add seasonings to taste and toss again
5) Bake for 25-35 minutes, stirring occasionally
Bake until everything is lightly browned and crispy.
Serve immediately.
