With Easter arriving Sunday and Major League Baseball starting up in Los Angeles and Anaheim, this is a week to celebrate spring.

Restaurants will be serving ham and lamb specials this weekend in honor of the holliday, while Dodger and Angel Stadium have updated their food concessions.

There’s more going on, including cheap burritos on Thursday, which is National Burrito Day, and a sushi and sake festival at Pechanga.

John Plessel has updates on the craft brewing scene in his Dine 909 column, including Route 30 Brewing Co.’s expansion plans and several award-winning beers.
