Vegan and Plant-based Dining in Miami: 2023

We all hate making New Year’s Resolutions, but making a commitment to helping the environment is a good one that anyone can embark on. Did you know that food waste is the #1 cause impacting climate change and that adopting a plant-based diet is one of the top solutions to reverse climate change? Decomposing plants and vegetables contribute minimal greenhouse gases while raising livestock for meat, eggs, and dairy contributes over 14% of the methane gas.

A few years ago, Miami vegetarians and vegans had few options for dining out. A few juice bars offered fresh salads and wraps, but enjoying a healthy or plant-based dinner out was non-existent. Today, Miami is a center of creative chefs offering colorful and flavorful vegan and vegetarian dishes even your carnivore loving friend will love. Here are some of our plant-based favorites.
