Believe it or not, despite operating over 200 locations across New York state, popular fast casual restaurant Sweetgreen had yet to open an outpost on Long Island. If you want customary arena food at an Anaheim Ducks game, you can get it at Honda Center. But if you want sushi, salmon or barbecue, the arena’s culinary team is prepared to supply it. “We try to make sure we cover our bases with our guests, so if you’re in the mood for a hot dog and beer, we’ve got your covered,” said Roman Zavala, operations director for food and beverage services.
