This healthy cauliflower dish is sure to please even the pickiest of eaters. It’s packed full of flavor and at only 100 calories per serving, it’s a delicious option with zero guilt.
INGREDIENTS
4 cups cauliflower
1 Tbsp EVOO
1 Tbsp taco seasoning
1/2 cup shredded cheese
2 Tbsp bacon bits
Pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425°
- Mix cauliflower, EVOO and taco seasoning in medium sized bowl.
- Pour prepared cauliflower onto greased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove cauliflower from oven and sprinkle with cheese and bacon bits. Cover with foil and bake for additional 10 minutes.
- Pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
Add any additional toppings you’d like! This dish would also be scrumptious paired with brown rice and chicken for a complete, well-balanced meal.
