Hello everyone and welcome back to another blog post on ~Foodie with a Passion~! Happy Tuesday everyone and I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. Today’s post is my monthly TJ and Costco Haul. I feel like I’ve done a bunch of hauls this past two weeks but since we were on vacation, we needed to restock our kitchen. Especially Costco pantry items we normally buy every 3-6 months. But before we get started, remember to click subscribe so you don’t miss another Foodie Fun 🤩
Alrighty! Let’s get started on this haul!
- Cauliflower Thins – these are great for making low carb pizzas. Highly recommend
- Ground Turkey – planning to do some “lasagna” with tortellini and Turkey will be the meat
- Colorful Carrot Coins – one of our favorite frozen veggies
- Cucumber – we used up the last one we had so I got another one
- Organic Green Foursome – another one of our favorite frozen veggies
- Chocolate Mochi Cake Mix – special request by Hubby for his birthday at the end of the month. Comes with peanut butter frosting as well
- Cornbread Mix – I guess these were available year round 🤷♀️ but it’s cornbread season so I got two boxes. We usually freeze the leftovers so they last us.
- Spinach Tortellini – for the “lasagna” night
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes – for the Tuscan salmon we made last week
- Carrots – I was almost out and we go through carrots quite often. 79 cents for 1 pound is a really good deal
- Baby Spinach – for the Tuscan salmon
- Minced Garlic – backup for the pantry. This is great for when I am lazy to chop some garlic
- Garlic Salt with Grinder – almost out of garlic salt so I got this again. It’s so good on almost everything
- Garlic Aachar Sauce – some new sauce that Hubby wanted to try in their New Items section
- Low-Fat Vanilla Yogurt – for Hubby’s smoothies
- Prego Pasta Sauce – for the “lasagna”. We used up the previous sauces that were in the fridge already
- Spam – we were just down to 1 can of spam and it would be a tragedy if we didn’t
- Dunkin Donuts Coffee – these went on sale and my husband went crazy. He instead we buy two.
- Kirkland Chicken Stock – it’s going to be soup season so I’ve gotta restock for the pantry
- Golden Island Pork Jerky – this was also on sale and we’ve been going on a lot of hikes so these come in handy
- Kirkland Canned Chicken Breast – these canned chickens are so versatile. Salads, wraps, nacho, etc. so good!
And there we have it! Let me know in the comments below what your big haul at Costco was this month and until then…signing off!
