Crock Jelly Meatballs:
4 basic ingredients –the crockpot does the rest of the work. Get cooked meatballs and put in crock pot with ingredients.

Party Pizzas—Can be made into “Keto Friendly”
Mix ingredient: Brown meat, add other ingredients, including Velveeta. Stir together and spread on bread of your choice.
- 1 lb bulk mild sausage plus 1 lb bulk Italian sausage
- 1 heaping Tablespoon of Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 lb Velveeta
- Party Rye bread—or 2 loaves Keto bread cut into fourths (5 seed)
Rotel Cheese Queso Dip
This is the easiest thing to make and your guests will always love it. You can make the queso and put it out with tortilla chips or even veggies.
Just Cheese:
Just pour a can of Rotel tomatoes with chilis into a frying pan and add Velveeta. It works easier if you cut the Velveeta into small pieces. Keep stirring until it’s all melted. One way to serve it is if you have a small crock pot to keep it warm.
Rotel with ground beef:
- Add Ground Beef: Brown meat and drain.
- Add Rotel tomatoes and cheese to the same pan.
- Stir until melted.
Veggie Tray
Arrange the veggies on a tray with Ranch Dressing for dipping.
- Tomatoes
- Broccoli
- Cauliflower
- Whatever you want—green pepper, zucchini, carrots, celery
Other
- Cheese—Our personal favorite is Oberle Garlic Cheese cut into bite-sized pieces, but you can use already-bagged cubed cheese, cheese balls, or make your own cheese tray
- Summer Sausage
- Chips- your choice—add some dip to make it more festive

PREPPING FOR MIDNIGHT:
- While waiting for the new year to hit with your party hat on, grab a note pad and tear off TWELVE pieces of paper. On each piece of paper write out anything negative that has been weighing on you the past year, one for each piece of paper. Sometime during the night either burn the paper or throw them away, reading out loud if you choose to, each sheet– saying things like “Good riddance you dirty rascal!” or whatever you choose.
- Place SEVEN coins (heads up) in each window sill to guarantee that money will come into your home in the coming year.
- Fill a pot j or glass of water for each person sometime during the day and throw it out the front door at midnight. “Out with the old, in with the new.”
- For peace in the coming year wear WHITE on New Years Eve, for fortune and money make sure you wear YELLOW.
- Have a broom sitting by your front door and sweep way the negativity– “Goodbye negativity! We’re ready for positivity.”
- Make SURE that you have some money in your wallet or purse, even if it is only a dollar, this is to make sure that money will flow throughout the year!GET READY FOR
